Product returns:
Our company makes every effort to deliver all products to you in excellent condition. All products are received by our suppliers packaged.
In the event that the quantities delivered prove to be defective, the right to return is maintained, with the possibility of replacing it.
Shipping costs are presented by the buyer. Returns are accepted only for replacement of damaged product and not for money refund, provided that:
• Contact us within 1-3 days of receiving the product
• The products must be in the same condition in which you received them
• The products should be accompanied with their document(invoice)
The defective or damaged product must be returned to our company within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To avoid your own hassle, we recommend that you carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intact of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In case you find a defect you should contact our company immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at 2394 053015.
In case you wish to return due to a change of opinion or wrong order, you must contact us on the same day or the next working day. We can refund the entire value of the product by deducting the shipping costs. Depending on the way you chose to pay for your order, your refund will take place accordingly. Necessary conditions for the acceptance of the return are the above: (the packaging of the items must have remained intact, it must not have been opened and there are no damages, by providing the document e.g. invoice). The shipment of the returned items is made, exclusively within 14 days from the date of receipt, at the customer’s shipping costs.
Order cancellation:
Cancellation of your order is possible within 1 working day from the date of order and if the processing / dispatch of your order has not started by our company. To cancel your order you must contact us by phone or send an e-mail to info@gtm-hellas.gr the order cancellation issue and your order number.
