WAYS OF ORDERING

  1. Through our e-shop:
    Select the products you want by doingclick on the Add to Cart button and it will be entered in your online “Shopping Cart”. Follow the completion process step-by-step and select the payment method, and the way of shipping you wish.Then it will be sent to you by our company, the confirmation and the order number, by email.
  2. Phone Order: Place your order by phone at ( +30) 2394 053015 within our working hours (8:30am-16:30pm).
  3. Order by email: Send your order via e-mail to the email address info@gtm-hellas.gr.

Processing your orders: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday withinof our opening hours (8:30am-16:30pm).

Product availability: We make every effort to make our products all readily available and up to date on our website, using modern storage monitoring programs.In case any of the products are not available or if they are out of stock, the sales department of Gtm-Hellas, will contact you and will inform you of the exact time of receipt of your products.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Cash on delivery upon receipt:
    You pay the price of the order to the employee of the Courier service with extra charge on delivery 2€.

*For heavy and / or large volume products shipped with a transport company, the possibility of cash on delivery is not supported.

It’s crucial to send us the proof of deposit via e-mail at info@gtm-hellas.gr. After the amount appears in our account, you will receive the final amount of order and the order code at your e-mail address.

  1. Payment at our facilities:
     You can visit the facilities of our company,(15th km.Old National Highway of Thessaloniki-Kavala, Lagadas, Thessaloniki 572 00), on hours of our operation (8:30am-16:30pm) and receive your products, without any more expenses after receiving confirmation of the order by us.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

  1. With a transport company:
    For heavy and / or bulky products it is recommended to ship with a transport company. We pack and transport the products to the headquarters of the transport company, without any financial burden to the buyer.
    The payment by cash on delivery is not valid.The shipment is made by telephone communication.
  2. Pick-up from our facilities:
    Visit our company’s premises within our operating hours 8:30.a.m.-16:30p.m. and receive your order yourself, without further charges.

Order tracking:
The buyer has the ability to monitor the progress of his order, after the order code has been sent to him via e-mail.
